SPV Accounting offers bookkeeping services tailored to meet your needs. Get back to doing what you do best “Run a Great Business” and leave the paperwork to us. We use all major accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QBO or excel if you prefer.

Our preferred software is Xero. This offers real time information. We also use Hubdoc with our bookkeeping services. The subscription for Hubdoc is $27.50 per month, you download an app to your phone and take a picture of your invoices/receipts as you get them. Better still, if you receive your invoices via email, use a unique email address that I provide and get your supplier to cc the invoice to that address. This way we receive your invoices/receipts immediately and you do not have worry about trying to find time in getting your receipts to us. Not only that, when we set you up with Hubdoc we can program it so that we receive your bank statements as soon as the bank releases them.
